Oh my. How life does change.
Lawrence and I spent a year and a half in Europe. We had such an amazing time that it really was hard to leave, but it was definitely to come home. I would Love to go back!! As Belle says in Beauty and the Beast, "I want adventure in the Great Wide Somewhere! I want it more than I can Bear!" But I am also so glad to be home.
Since we've been home a Beautiful Baby Cousin, Hunter Grace has been born; along with our Gorgeous niece, Anna Reagan!!! We were lucky enough to be here when they were born and have seen them multiple times!! That is such a relief to me. While we were in Germany, our nephew, Nathan Andrew was born. I was not able to see him for about a year, and Lawrence wasn't able to see him until six months later! This was quite hard on me.
Now we get to close to our families. We see his family all the time and are able to see my family often. Well, more often than we used to.
Things at church are awesome!! We are working on building a new building out of the old Walmart. We are growing by leaps and bounds and God is MOVING! It is so exciting to be a part of! I can't wait to see what's going to happen next!
We are working on finishing up our college careers. That is the only thing about our time off in Europe. I am so far behind! ugh.
Anyhoo. Life is going great. I am blessed beyond blessed! I am safe, provided for, warm, clothed, fed and saved!
I hope you all can say the same!!

His Blessings Fulfilled!
Hello all,
I know it has been quite some time since you've heard from us. But I have so much to let you in on. God is doing wonderful things in our lives! Let me give you some background so you can understand better what life is like for us.
In our town of Baumholder this is a large Army Post. I don't know much about the military at all, but I hear they are the ones who have the tanks and stuff. Well, Post has all the American stores like the PX, grocery store with American foods and such, toys, electronics, movies and all that are American and tax free. Also the cheaper gas is on Post! However, you're not exactly allowed to buy things from these stores without an I.D. card which says you are allowed actually be on Post It also has the phone and internet provider which he are signed up with. So, as you should be able to tell, getting on Post is a wonderful thing. Not, to mention we have been working with the Chapel on Post. So, we need to get there quite often. Well, we are civilians and have no way to get on Post on our own. We also don't have a car...because we do not have a German driver's license. Walking around town isn't bad, but it can be annoying, especially when we want to visit neighboring towns. And as far as getting on Post, all we can do is call someone we know have them come pick us up when we need to go to Post. Then they have to wait about 10 min while we are signed in. We are then given a 24 hour pass in which we are supposed to be with the ones who signed us on the entire time. Then when we leave, we must turn the passes back in. oh, annoying.
Let me tell you what God has done!!!
There are Ministry to the Military Centers all over Germany. And in a city about an hour away is a Center with a wonderful Pastor there. This pastor also works with AFFES (which is in charge of all the services such as fast food, the PX, grocery store, Power Zone, toys, etc on Posts and Bases) in the Human Resources Department. Last week, he was offered the position to be in charge of all the the AFFES HR stuff in Baumholder!!! He helped out so that I was able to get a job on POST! I have already started the paperwork for the position (which may be working with the Jewlry!) and this week I will finish the paperwork and start getting our passes!! These passes will give us 24/7 access to the Post without any escort, allow us to shop at all the stores and pay our phone/internet bill on time! We will also be able to buy tax free gas! But two of the most important things are that without what is called Command Support (which I get by working for AFFES) we have to leave the country every 3 months and then are allowed to come back. Now we don't HAVE to leave unless we want to, AND... we have the capability to get a German user license and even get an international user licence to be able to drive all around Europe!! This is such a blessing and I just can't believe how quickly it all came together. I don't know when I'll start my job, but I can't wait!
On to the next blessing. Since our Center was without a director for a few months and no services were taking place we have been behind on our rent and utilities payment to our landlady. Well, this past weekend we were able to go a Ministry to the Military Center Director's Leadership Training Conference. (The same pastor offered to take us and bring us back since we are still without a car.) While we were at the Conference we met some Wonderful pastors and their wives from Germany, Italy and Belgium. Some the sweetest people I've ever met. It was said from the pulpit by our MTTM director that our Center was behind on payments by about 2000 or so euros. These pastors began giving left and right...so much so that it just totally overwhelmed me. Within those two days at the Conference we were given almost enough money to pay off our debt and another visiting pastor from the states told us that whatever was still needed he and (I think his church) would help pay off the rest!!!! Within two days this debt has pretty much been paid for!!!
Before I left the states God promised me MANY MANY blessings while we're over here. I should have known better, but I had thought it would take some time before I would be able to see those blessings to be fulfilled. But I have already seen things take place! God is so faithful and so quick to bless and take care of us. When He does something, He finishes the job completely! I am overwhelmed and amazed by his goodness and faithfulness towards us! I cannot wait to see what He has in store for us in the future!
Keep us in your prayers. We are doing well and God is blessing, and we are trying to build this Center up once again. We are not discouraged or worried; it's in God's hands. We just ask for your prayers and support. We love you and I pray that you have been encouraged and find that God is just as faithful and good to you as He has been to us! God Bless!

Let the Adventures Begin...
Welcome to our Blog everyone!!! I shall begin with some very important background information:
As most of you know, Lawrence and I were offered a job Pastoring with Ministry to the Military. The offer came completely out of the blue this past Monday, (the 17th). We weren't looking for a pasoring position, but God know what He wants, so He came to us. We decided to accept the job and in just a few short weeks we will be moving to Baumholder, Germany to pastor. We are so excited and scared at the same time! We both would appreciate your prayers and encouragement. Any financial support is also welcomed (: My plan is to keep everyone updated each week through this blog. Once more detailed information comes our way, we will make sure to inform you as well.
This is a scary and life-changing endeavor. We don't know exactly what we're doing, but we do know that God has called us to this work. Those whom He calls He equips. All thing work together for the good of those who love the Lord and are called according to His purpose. We are putting our faith in Him; We are stepping out on blind faith believing that God make a way. We believe that He will be our support. He will be there to catch us when we fall, correct us when we fail, and encourage and comfort us when we feel alone. We put our trust in Him. We hope you will do the same.
See you next week!
